No More Room in Hell 2 on Xbox — Store Listing and Details

No More Room in Hell 2 on Xbox: Microsoft Store listing, the August 2026 console rollout, controller improvements and the shared co-op ecosystem.

No More Room in Hell 2 on Xbox

No More Room in Hell 2 is available on Xbox via the Microsoft Store (listing 9pf1q2f7jm9g on xbox.com). The Xbox version joined the ecosystem in the 1.0 launch window of August 2026, alongside the PS5 rollout — part of the console expansion that took the game from PC Early Access to a three-platform co-op ecosystem.

Scale of the console rollout

Torn Banner's "Beyond Armageddon" blog (August 20, 2026) put numbers on it: 500,000 players joined from the 1.0 launch onwards "on PC and consoles", out of over 1,000,000 total players since Early Access. The concurrent peak of 16,330 players (August 23, 2026) came right after that console rollout — see the player count page.

Controller improvements for Xbox players

The post-launch roadmap treats controller input as a standing priority, per the "Beyond Armageddon" blog:

  • September update: controller deadzone improvements plus updated and improved UI menu navigation.
  • Launch hotfixes: controller access to the scoreboard and individual player muting.

These land alongside the platform-wide quality-of-life goal: "a more consistent and enjoyable experience across platforms, input methods, and skill levels."

What Xbox players get

The same core game as PC and PS5 — 8-player co-op objectives across Lewiston, Pottsville and Raven Rock, the Survival horde-defense mode, permadeath with rescue beacons, infection mechanics (pills and gene therapy), and the full 2026 roadmap including Hell Mode before year's end (roadmap page).

Crossplay on Xbox

Xbox players share the co-op ecosystem with PC and PS5 — see our crossplay page for the platform-bridging status and launch-period issues the community has reported.
